Let me point out two highlights. The 1950 Texas/Mexican border handwritten on page 193. This matches the phrase on page 5 of the Eisenhower Briefing document. The ink was forensically dated to before 1966.
The red Top Secret/ Majic stamp was also dated to before 1966.
